Players Schedule Rules Records History

Each player plays for his own point total throughout the year. While most of the events involve teams of two, the teams change each month and players will not be teammates twice in the same year. If a player will not be able to make a particular week, they are expected to find their own sub and that sub will earn points towards the player's annual total.

There is an annual entry and a monthly entry per player (on top of the green fee paid to the course). The annual entry is due one month prior to the first event of the year. The monthly entry is due prior to the start of each round. All entries need to be paid to the Tour Commissioner.

There are 4 ways to earn money:

  1. Annual Overall Winners
  2. Monthly Winners
  3. Skins
  4. Hole Contests

Annual Overall Winners

Three places will be paid out. Points earned throught the year will decide the winners and players will be seeded going into the Tour Championship to have one last shot to earn points for the title.

Place Earnings
1st $400
2nd $200
3rd $100

Monthly Winners

$50 per month to be split between partners (paid from annual entries). Winner determined based on format type (see event formats below).

Skins

$140 per round will be allocated for skins. These will be played on every hole and are individual net skins. The total skins money will be split equally amongst all skins winners for the round.

Hole Prizes

$20 will be allocated for each hole prize. There will be 2 hole prizes per round: 1 Long Drive (LD) and 1 Closest to the Pin (KP).

  • The Long Drive must be in the fairway. It is also the furthest drive from the tee, not necessarily the closest to the hole.
  • The Closest to the Pin must be on the green.
  • If no drives hit the fairway or no balls are on the green, the prize money will carry over to the next round.

There are 5 different types of event formats:

Subs and Ghosts

Substitute players without an established league or GHIN (or comparable) handicap cannot shoot less than net 72. If they do, their score will be adjusted to net 72 and the match will be re-scored. A sub without an official handicap will earn an established league handicap after playing 2 standard format league events. Any sub with a GHIN (or comparable) handicap will use that handicap for the round.

Prior to establishing a league handicap, subs will play at their stated index, not the course handicap.

If a sub cannot be found a "Ghost" will play in the spot. Ghosts shoot a net 6 over with net bogeys on the 6 hardest holes and net pars on the other holes.

Any Member who cancels within 1 week of a tournament shall be liable for both greens fees and buy-in for that tournament unless a sub can be found.

USGA Rules

USGA rules govern all play EXCEPT for the below and where local course rules superceed USGA rules. The local course rules shall be determined by the scorecard.

Effective 2025: In the interest of pace of play, out of bounds and lost balls shall be played following the new USGA Model Local Rule E-5: "This option allows the player to drop in a large area between the point where the ball is estimated to have come to rest or gone out of bounds and the edge of the fairway of the hole being played that is not nearer the hole. The player gets two penalty strokes when using this relief option." Eseentially: if you go out of bounds, you can EITHER do a provisional (which must be played if the 1st ball is out of bounds) OR drop in the fairway (within 2 clublengths in) nearest to the point the ball went out of bounds, no closer to the hole. More info on this rule here.

Effective 2024: We will use 90% of the players course handicap.

NOTE: If the course scorecard and our scorecard differ (for example with handicap holes) then our scorecard is the one in use.
